The bark colours and wood grain ripples showing through are typical of a tree that is very hollow whether a didg size or a massive  old growth big base tree you can stand in. It reminds me of the earth patterns in the desert or dry country centre of Oz, where different colour ochres blend like a rainbow and are interspersed with layers of rocks of similar and different colours. Ochre tones has a decent sized hole and plays easily and with richness and healing resonance. At such a compact size  for its key of D this a beauty and ideal for doing healing work or as a top class traveller. It’s durable strong and ready for some great journeying.
